The Beatles: Abbey Road

While it is nearly impossible for fans of The Beatles to choose a favorite album, most agree that Abbey Road, recorded at the apex of their growing contempt for each other, is a brilliantly tortured, emotional climax of what many consider the greatest band of all-time. Let it Be was released last, but due to the fact that some tracks were worked on prior to Abbey Road (the famous Get Back sessions) and others were worked on after Abbey Road's release (when John Lennon had already quietly left the band), Abbey Road is the last album recorded by all four Beatles together. The album cover itself is one of the most famous photographs of all time. It's brilliance has transcended rock-n-roll. Listen to each track below.
