Matrix Lobby Scene Acapella Style

I have often wondered what the Matrix lobby scene would be like if someone replaced all the audio with a one man all vocal multitrack. Okay, so I never ever though that, but someone certainly did it. Created by Matt Mulholland. And I'm sure inspired by Michael Winslow from Police Academy.

Rod Serling: American Masters- PBS Documentary

Rod Sterling: American Masters - PBS Documentary

Rightfully praised for breaking new ground in television in the 1960s, Rod Sterling's The Twilight Zone has scared numerous American families for the better part of 50 years. Serling had one of the most exceptional and varied careers in television. As a writer, a producer, and for many years a teacher, Serling challenged the medium of television to reach for loftier artistic goals. The winner of more Emmy Awards for dramatic writing than anyone in history, Serling expressed a deep social conscience in nearly everything he did. Take a look at this wonderful PBS documentary about his career.

The Goon: Worth Kickstarting?

As this is being written, cult comic The Goon has a little over two days to raise $400K on Kickstarter for a story reel that will not be made available online. You can only see it at a special event, if and when they make it. I am sharing this with you not because I think you should back it (you can view our opinion of Kickstarter here), but simply because the concept trailer is exceptionally cool. In fact, I find it down right unsettling to see David Fincher (yep, the David Fincher) looking in to a camera and asking me to give him money. Especially when it's not even to make the actual film, but once again, for something I WILL NEVER SEE.
